Morning kisses from Tess
The boats coming in at the end of the parade.
They were all decked out with red, white and blue. And everyone on board was in costume. There was a contest for the best decorated boat. I kept waiting for them to toss trinkets and beads. I guess that doesn't happen in this part of the country. It's not Mardi Gras, but was wonderful none the less!
There's the boat Mike was on. You can see him sitting in the back. They invited us all to join them, but they just don't make life vests for babies the size of my two little ones.
Little Miss America
On the Sunday after the 4th, our church held a picnic near the Hiawassee River.
From left to right:
Addy w/ baby James
Alana w/ baby Westin
Me w/ baby Caroline and Will
Beth w/ baby Jonas
Caroline wore her pretty all-American dress with her initials embroidered on the front. She looked so sweet when she wasn't screaming. I just keep saying, Ohhh, Caroline! She's gonna give us a time when she's 14.

Oh I just love these pixs of your little patriotic babies! The pix of Caroline in her bow about halfway down the post in her stroller is precious!!! You and Mike make beautiful babies! :)
